In the world of modern, this custom timber home is tucked away amongst the trees from which it was crafted. Designed with family & guests in mind, a unique experience in each space; the warm nature of structural log combined with hewn timbers, stayed true to traditional details. A Montana moss rock fire tower anchors the living space and creates a grand entrance that opens to an expansive kitchen/dining designed for interactive, but comfortable, gatherings that easily transitions to an intimate, quiet, space for one. Natural light flows evenly into each room, highlighting intricate craftsmanship, custom cabinetry & doors, formed concrete countertops, hand-made tile, and reclaimed fir flooring with cut nail details. The YT Shop provided custom cabinetry and doors throughout; complimented with hand forged hardware designed in collaboration with these clients.
